Now Hiring - Remote Medcomms Account Manager Level 1 - ( US East Coast ) in Raleigh, NC

• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, vendor partners, and internal teams on project updates, scope of work changes, and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships and promote a culture of teamwork with all stakeholders.
• Work with a sense of urgency and a client focus, proactively identifying potential problems and creating solutions.
• Support the development of project proposals, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation using Veeva Vault, SmartSheet, ConnectWise, and CRMs.
• Ensure compliance with Alphanumeric’s quality standards and processes.

• Two (2) or three (3) years of project management/ account management- client services experience in medical or healthcare communications
• BS, BA, or related work experience in business, life sciences, communications, or related discipline
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable with internal and external business presentations.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, SmartSheet, ConnectWise, and CRMs desired. Or ability to learn document management, timesheet, and invoicing software quickly.
• Medcomms Agency experience preferred. Or willingness to learn about the medical communications space.
• Inquisitive and strategic mindset, able to think creatively and improve the service we offer our clients.
